i am having problems with ios 9.3.5

my ipod is saying it is still friday september 23 when it is monday the 26th and is stuck in the 4:00 hour when i change the time the screen fades to a random color then restarts then goes to the time and date i change it to but only stays in the hour if it changes at all the date wont change nothing and it still turns off and on whenever it wants and it wont stay connected to wifi i have the 5th generation ipod and am not yet elligible for ios 10 please if you could fix this problem with ios 9.3.5 i would greatly appreciate i use my ipod for almost everything. thank you - rene

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

ALso helps on iPods that cannot upgrade to iOS 10.0.2. Serious problems with Music and Apple Music.
